By Rail

There are regular and direct trains between London Euston and Milton Keynes Central Station every day, with journeys taking as little as 30 minutes. Birmingham New Street is about a 57 minute journey and Manchester Piccadilly about 90 minutes.

 

By Road: 

Milton Keynes is adjacent to the M1 motorway, easily accessible from junctions 13 and 14.

Getting to Amphitheatre

Amphitheatre @ Campbell Park lies at the far east end of the Centre:MK, linked to the shopping centre and theatre district by footbridges.

The park is five minutes from the train station and city centre, three miles from the M1, and has ample parking at Centre:MK with easy links into the park.

If traveling by car,

  • if coming from H6 Child’s Way, use Overgate to the park’s south side.
  • if coming from H5 Portway, use Overgate to the park’s north side.
  • If driving or dropping off people by car, although the park post code is MK94AD, use MK94AJ and enter via the entrance off Avebury Boulevard opposite Columbia Place near to Budgens.
  • If travelling on foot, Campbell Park lies at the far east end of Centre:MK, linked to the shopping centre and theatre district by footbridges.

Car Parking

Nearest recommended parking at Centre:MK (John Lewis end) and Theatre Multi-Storey.

By Train & Bus

Milton Keynes Central is the closest railway station and a number of buses are available from here.

The nearest bus stops to Campbell Park Pavilion are located near the Cricket Green Roundabout at the bottom of Silbury Boulevard.

Bus services calling here are 1, 1b, 3, 7, 7a, 17, 158, 300 and X9.

The X5 also uses this route but actually calls in to the interim coachway in both directions.

From Junction 14, M1

  • From M1 North – Leave the M1 at junction 14, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the 509 (signposted Milton Keynes)
  • From M1 South – Leave the M1 at junction 14, then at roundabout take 1st exit onto the 509 (signposted Milton Keynes)
  • At Northfield Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto H5 Portway
  • At North Overgate Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Overgate
  • At Cricket Green Roundabout take the 2nd exit
  • Arrive at The Parks Trust

From the A5

  • Turn off A5 onto A509 Portway (signposted Central Milton Keynes, Bedford)
  • Continue forward along H5 Portway
  • At North Overgate Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Overgate
  • At Cricket Green Roundabout take the 2nd exit
  • Arrive at The Parks Trust
    FROM THE EAST (BEDFORD A421)
  • At Kingston Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto H8 Standing Way
  • At Brinklow Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto V11 Tongwell Street
  • Continue forward along the V11 Tongwell Street
  • At Pineham Roundabout take the 1st exit onto H5 Portway
  • At North Overgate Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Overgate
  • At Cricket Green Roundabout take the 2nd exit
  • Arrive at The Parks Trust

 

From the West (Buckingham A421)

  • At Bottledump Roundabout continue forward on the H8 Standing Way, Continue forward along H8 Standing Way
  • At Marina Roundabout take the 1st exit onto V8 Marlborough Street, Continue forward along V8 Marlborough Street
  • At Belvedere Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto H5 Portway
  • At North Overgate Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Overgate
  • At Cricket Green Roundabout take the 2nd exit
